New 28.04.2025: Notification Related to Incomplete Submission and Verification of DEB ID For PG, BLIS and Advance Diploma Admission (2024-25) New
University has issued provisional enrolment certificate for those applicants who have successfully submitted and verified DEB ID during admission period. Those applicants should visit respective admission portal to download provisional enrolment certificate.

As intimated earlier, University has decided to cancel those application against which applicants have not completed the DEB ID submission and verification during admission period from 30.12.2024 to 28.03.2025.
However, the respective applicants can either get the fees (as paid during admission) refunded or may get accommodated in the upcoming admission session of respective programmes. Therefore, applicants who have not completed DEB ID submission and verification are requested to submit their choice through the following google form with in 28.05.2025.

Important Announcement for Submission of Mandatory DEB ID
As per directives of UGC-DEB, getting DEB ID is mandatory to pursue programme under Open and Distance Learning mode. Therefore, applicants are requested to get their DEB ID from UGC-DEB portal (deb.ugc.ac.in/StudentDEBId).
After payment of fees applicants (Excluding Environmental Science, Geography & Zoology) have to provide DEB ID and also need to verify the DEB ID through the admission portal of the University.
PROVIDING AND VERIFICATION OF DEB ID IS MANDATORY TO COMPLETE THE ADMISSION FORMALITIES.
UNIVERSITY WILL REJECT THE APPLICATION IF DEB ID IS NOT PROVIDED AND VERIFIED WITH IN 06.02.2025 01.04.2025 AND DECISION OF THE UNIVERSITY IS FINAL IN THIS REGARD.

Learners' Facilitation Centres at the following three Regional Centres and HQ have been set up by Netaji Subhas Open University. Intended eligible applicants may visit their respective LFC to get technical help for submission of online PG admission form of Netaji Subhas Open University.

Declaration Format for Environmental Science, Geography & Zoology for Academic Year 2024-2025 Applicants of M.Sc. in Zoology / M.Sc. in Geography / M.Sc. in Environmental Sciences completed their UG programme under CBCS system and if enlisted to participate in the central counselling cum spot admission for above said porgramme have to submit the mandatory declaration in prescribed proforma. Declaration should be authorised by the HOD/TIC/Principal/Departmental teacher of the College / University from where the candidate has completed the Under Graduate programme. |
